Oct 1 Flight from Frankfurt to Vancouver
Absolutely horrible. The check in gate people are useless, disorganized, and inefficient.
Stay away
I flown for 40 years now and very experience in airlines.
No organization for boarding, no clear directions, mob packs in, cuts in front of each other, no ropes to direct people. And they have this person I would be so blunt as to call a baggage Nazi that goes around and grabs your carry on bag then says its too heavy. Even though your main luggage is underweight and gone through and no mention of this. Then you pay 20 euro a Kg over. Biggest scam ever. Hello, my daughter is half the weight of the majority of passengers and I get charged extra.
Then boarding when they call row numbers, we saw passengers not with the number walk around the entry person and just walk in.
Is this a terrible inefficient German thing only to Frankfurt?
It doesn't take a brain surgeon to know you can eliminate these problems so simply.
Again, avoid Condor at all costs as I will never fly with them or any extended family member.

In summary this experience left me so mad that I've written this review to several sites on the internet. You treat a customer this way then you deserve to go out of business
