"Alberta Bound" J_and_j's photos around Calgary, Canada (travel pics)
Preview of J_and_j's blog at TravelPod. Read the full blog here: www.travelpod.com This blog preview was made by TravelPod using the TripAdvisor™ TripWow slideshow creator. Entry from: Calgary, Canada Entry Title: "Alberta Bound" Entry: "We packed up our campsite and headed north through Kootenay National Park on Hwy 93. We stopped at a lookout where you can see an entire side of a series of mountains being burned to control Mountain Pine Beetle. There are huge areas of burned trees all along the highway as well, where natural fires in 2001 and 2003 burned over 12% of the park. We stopped at the Paint Pots, an area where iron-rich minerals stain the mud ochre-coloured. The mud was used by native people as a pigment to paint teepees and rock drawings. Our next stop was Marble Canyon, which is a very deep fissure with natural arches and waterfalls. Then we stopped at the Continental Divide (also the BC / Alberta border). From this point east, all rivers flow to the Atlantic. Entering Banff National Park we decided to take the Bow Valley Parkway rather than the highway. It was much quieter and slower. It ends just before the town of Banff, so then we got on the highway and headed for Calgary." Read and see more at: www.travelpod.com Photos from this trip: 1. "Highway 93 near Radium" 2. Give me information on the following flight...

I am flying from the City and landing in the City

UMMM... HOW DO I USE THIS? PLEASE HELP!
Just start typing the city you are flying from in the first box above, in other words if you are flying from London to New York you would start typing "London" in the departing box above and then choose the appropriate city from the drop down menu that appears whilst you are typing. Then you would do the same for "New York" in the landing box, wait for the drop down to appear as you are typing - and choose it. Then click on "Flight Details" to get the flight information between those two cities. Easy Peasy!
